I have a question about one of your items. Should I email you? Yes. Email me with any questions that you may have about the item you wish to purchase. I will do my best to answer your question(s) as soon as possible.

If I buy a bunch of your merchandise, will you combine shipping? I never charge for domestic US Shipping whether it is for a single item or multiple purchases. My free shipping applies to USPS First Class Package only. International 1st Class will be $7.00 for 1st item PLUS .50 for each additional item.

Hi. I live in the same city as you. Can I come and pick up my item at your home? Sorry, no local pickups. I ship everything using the USPS.

I emailed you three hours ago with a question and I want an answer immediately. Why haven't you responded yet? I try my best to respond to all my emails within 24 hours of receiving them. Emailing me repeatedly if you don't get a response within five minutes, 30 minutes, one hour, six hours, etc, will not make me get back to you any faster. It doesn't mean that I've forgotten about you or my transactions, it just means that I am not online and haven't checked my email yet.

What is your return policy? I offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please ask all questions that you may have prior to purchasing. I do my best to describe my items accurately and honestly. Be sure to read the item description carefully before making your purchase. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, simply email me with your concerns to give me a chance to address them and then if you are not completely satisfied, then I will be happy to refund your full purchase price.

I live in another country. Will you mark the customs form as "gift" so I wont have to pay customs fees? By law, I am required to fill out the customs form accurately with the correct value and item type.

Can my package be insured? Yes. Insurance is optional. If you would like to insure your package, it's an additional $1.75.

If I send my payment snail mail, what do I put in the envelope besides my payment? Please include a legible note with your: Email address, mailing address, name, item number (if applicable) and description of the item(s) you are purchasing. Also, if you have included extra to insure your package, please mention that as well :)

What payment methods do you accept? How long do I have to get the payment to you? I accept Paypal, money orders (international money orders only if you live outside the USA), cashiers checks and personal checks. Make payable to: Donnie Lowe. Personal checks require 7 business days to clear before purchases are released for shipment. Payment is due 5 days from the date of purchase transaction. I am not responsible for lost payments.

How do I know you have received my payment? If you paid through paypal, you can log into your account to see if the payment went through. If you sent a money order or cashier's check, you will receive an email from me on the day I receive it.

When will you be shipping out my item? Please allow 4 business days for items to ship as most items are made to order. If you paid through an e-check, it will be shipped once the payment clears. In any case you will always receive an emailed shipping notification.
