A Brief Introduction
On My Own Jewelry Studios is an independently owned, one man facility located about 15 minutes west of Atlanta, Georgia. My name is Donnie and I have been producing full color acrylic plastic animal and iconic jewelry for the past 15 years.
I have always had a knack for making things and originally began making animal earrings for my wife and daughter. When I began selling my creations at local events it was soon obvious that people liked them very much. After many years of selling directly to the public, a friend convinced me to try selling online. Well, that certainly changed everything! From the beginning I wanted to produce a quality product while at the same time providing the highest level of customer service possible. I'm happy to say that after shipping out thousands of product, I believe that I am achieving that goal. Like all small businesses, there have been many challenges, however, I always make sure that my customers are satisfied.
I feel extremely blessed in that through my business, I have been introduced to some amazing people. I am convinced that there is not a company out there that has better customers than I do. My little business has succeeded because my customers have spread the word about my jewelry. I cannot thank all of you enough. It has changed my life for the better. Working at home has allowed me the opportunity to spend more time with and care for my ailing 91 year old Mother.

My daughter Diana has established herself as quite a talented graphic designer and artisan. She has created some beautiful artwork and has produced a small line of notecards. You can find some of them here in the Note Cards category. I am very proud of her.
In memory of my son
JASON HARMON LOWE
July 7, 1980 - Aug. 9, 2001
My son Jason passed away on August 9, 2001 after a year-long battle with Ewings Sarcoma (a childrens cancer). He was a remarkable young man and I miss him more than anyone can imagine. Although he left us at the young age of 21, he touched many people through his love of music and wonderful sense of humor. Jason's passion was music, marching and competing in (DCI) Drum Corps International events. This is an amazing organization for young people and through his involvement I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people. To learn more about Jason visit his memorial site.
